Ellerie Ambrose at the Olympic Training Center!

Here is an email message I received from a champion on our AdvoCare team, Mark Ambrose.....

Ellerie and I enjoyed our visit to the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado this past Weekend. Ellerie got the privilege to do some training there and is looking close at the opportunity to reach the goal of being a weightlifter in the resident program at one of our USA Olympic Training centers. While we were there, we visited with our current Olympic Lifters preparing for London 2012. I walked into the locker room area and here is what I saw: Post-Workout Recovery and Muscle Gain!
